La th\u00e9rapie cognitive et comportementale (TCC) propose des outils concrets pour agir sur les pens\u00e9es et comportements qui l\u2019alimentent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019estime de soi ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019estime de soi correspond \u00e0 la valeur que l\u2019on se donne en tant que personne. Elle repose sur trois piliers :<br>&#8211; L\u2019image de soi : comment je me per\u00e7ois (physiquement, intellectuellement, socialement\u2026)<br>&#8211; L\u2019amour de soi : la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019aimer malgr\u00e9 ses d\u00e9fauts et ses limites<br>&#8211; La confiance en soi : le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre capable d\u2019agir efficacement dans sa vie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une estime de soi saine ne signifie pas se trouver parfait, mais savoir reconna\u00eetre ses qualit\u00e9s, tol\u00e9rer ses faiblesses, et s\u2019accorder de la bienveillance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les signes d\u2019une faible estime de soi :<br>Vous vous critiquez souvent int\u00e9rieurement<br>Vous doutez de votre valeur, m\u00eame quand tout semble aller bien<br>Vous avez du mal \u00e0 dire non, \u00e0 poser vos limites<br>Vous cherchez l\u2019approbation des autres pour vous sentir rassur\u00e9(e)<br>Vous vous comparez constamment<br>Vous \u00e9vitez certaines situations par peur de l\u2019\u00e9chec ou du jugement<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces pens\u00e9es ou comportements peuvent s\u2019installer d\u00e8s l\u2019enfance ou appara\u00eetre \u00e0 la suite d\u2019exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9stabilisantes (\u00e9checs, critiques, ruptures, burn-out\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comment la TCC aide \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019estime de soi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La th\u00e9rapie cognitive et comportementale propose une approche structur\u00e9e pour comprendre les m\u00e9canismes qui maintiennent une faible estime de soi et mettre en place des strat\u00e9gies de changement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identifier les pens\u00e9es automatiques d\u00e9valorisantes&nbsp;:<br>&#8211; \u00ab Je ne suis pas \u00e0 la hauteur \u00bb, \u00ab Je n\u2019ai aucun int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00bb, \u00ab Je vais encore \u00e9chouer \u00bb\u2026 Ces pens\u00e9es passent souvent inaper\u00e7ues, mais elles influencent profond\u00e9ment notre comportement et nos \u00e9motions. En th\u00e9rapie, on apprend \u00e0 les rep\u00e9rer, les remettre en question et les remplacer par des pens\u00e9es plus nuanc\u00e9es.<br>&#8211; Travailler sur les sch\u00e9mas profonds : Des croyances comme \u00ab je ne m\u00e9rite pas d\u2019\u00eatre aim\u00e9 \u00bb ou \u00ab je dois \u00eatre parfait pour \u00eatre accept\u00e9 \u00bb peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019une estime de soi fragile. Les TCC permettent de d\u00e9construire ces sch\u00e9mas et de d\u00e9velopper une image de soi plus r\u00e9aliste et compatissante.<br>&#8211; Favoriser les exp\u00e9riences positives : L\u2019estime de soi ne se change pas uniquement par la pens\u00e9e. Elle se reconstruit aussi par l\u2019action. En reprenant confiance dans ses capacit\u00e9s, en s\u2019engageant dans des activit\u00e9s valorisantes, en prenant des risques mesur\u00e9s, la personne se donne la preuve concr\u00e8te qu\u2019elle peut r\u00e9ussir, \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e et \u00e9voluer.<br>&#8211; D\u00e9velopper l\u2019autocompassion : La TCC int\u00e8gre de plus en plus des outils issus de la pleine conscience et de la th\u00e9rapie d\u2019acceptation et d\u2019engagement (ACT), qui permettent d\u2019adopter une posture plus douce, tol\u00e9rante et respectueuse envers soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un chemin vers plus de stabilit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Renforcer son estime de soi, ce n\u2019est pas devenir quelqu\u2019un d\u2019autre.
